Agnico-Eagle is proud to continue to return money to its shareholders in the form of an annual dividend. The company has paid a cash dividend for 26 consecutive years which is not an easy thing to do in this challenging mining industry.

Please find below a link to information on our Dividend Reinvestment Plan. This plan has a provision for an amount of direct investment in Agnico-Eagle shares.

“The dividend declared on December 10, 2007 and paid on March 28, 2008 qualifies as an “eligible dividend” as that term is defined by the relevant Canadian Income Tax Statutes.”

“The dividend declared on December 14, 2006 and paid on January 29, 2007 qualifies as an “eligible dividend” as that term is defined by the relevant Canadian Income Tax Statutes.”

“The dividend declared on December 14, 2005 and paid on March 23, 2006 qualifies as an “eligible dividend” as that term is defined by the relevant Canadian Income Tax Statutes.”
