TORONTO, Sept. 21 /CNW/ - Agnico-Eagle Mines Limited has refiled its
unaudited interim financial statements for the three months ended March 31,
2001 and the six months ended June 30, 2001 to include the notes to such
statements and statements of deficit for such periods as required under recent
rule changes in Canada. The changes involve expanded disclosure and do not
include any restatements of these interim financial statements.
